You are cordially invited to ATASC-SD General Assembly meeting!
Meeting will take place at the Forum Hall inside Westfield UTC shopping mall on Sunday, March 21, 2010. Meeting agenda is outlined as below:
2:00-2:30pm – Review of activity report
2:30-3:00pm - Review of financial report
3:00-3:10pm - Resignation of outgoing board of directors
3:10-4:00pm - Election of new board of directors
According to ATASC-SD bylaw ATASC-SD Board of Directors consists of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Social Chairman. We are currently accepting nominations for at least five (however not limited to five) individuals who will serve at the Board of Directors for 2010-2012 term. Nominees must be a member in good standing for at least one year prior to the election or must be recommended by the current Board of Directors. Please note only members who have paid their dues are entitled to vote at the election. During first board of directors meeting after election, new elected Board of Directors will elect the President and remaining officers amongsth themselves.
